The Falcon turned 50 in Australia in 2010 and as part of the celebrations, Wheels Magazine teamed up with Ford and many Ford enthusiasts in a photo shoot which was held at the Ford testing grounds at the You Yangs in June. Ford lovers from far and wide took part in this once in a lifetime opportunity to create history and commemorate the birth of a true Australian icon, the Ford Falcon. I was lucky enough to be one of those invited to the event and I have tried to capture below some of the atmosphere that was present on the day and also to represent some of the amazing vehicles that featured.
